For the past 24 years, Miles has accumulated an impressive professional track record with hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, project and product management as well as system engineering strategies. He continues to showcase his ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive technological industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments. He has a strong, well-rounded technical background; able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical persons. Miles also has the proven ability to successfully analyze an organization's critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings.
Most recently, Miles has been focused on middleware development. He partnered with Dave Glover in the creation of the Integrated Solutions Group, focusing on software engineering, integration, migration, and quality assurance. Mr. Cowan continues to demonstrate his knowledge and expertise in the industry by his ability to identify the customers’ needs while also accommodating their wants to make the Group successful.
